The apartment has an allocated undercover parking space within this gated complex. The complex completed in 2011 has a bright and light aspect and lends itself to relaxed stress free relaxing breaks within a traditional Cypriot village yet within easy reach of the vibrant and colourful seaside city of Larnaca. The open plan design gives a feel of space and allows for the flow of gentle breezes through the living space during the long sunny days and warm Mediterranean evenings along the southern coast of Cyprus. The living area has been furnished to high standards and includes leather sofa corner, coffee table and television.

The kitchen diner comprises dining table to seat six and is serviced by a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances crockery and utensils. The master bedroom has good storage with fitted wardrobes and has access to the balcony through double patio doors. The balcony allows good space for outside dining and relaxing. With two bathrooms offering showering facilities this apartment has it all. The pool areas have facilities for showering and have communal Wc’s so a minute need not be missed relaxing around the welcoming pool. The property is within walking distance of the heart of the village of Tersefanou where there is a choice of restaurants, supermarkets and news agents.

The apartment makes an ideal base for those looking for uninterrupted relaxation away from the crowds but at the same time gives an opportunity to explore the historic village of Kiti, just 1 km away, and the beautiful unspoiled coastline that stretches away to Limassol to the west of the island. The owners welcome enquiries from those looking for extended stay which can be offered at very good rates.

Deposit Holiday Apartment

A non-refundable deposit of 100 Euros is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by Paypal or bank transfer. The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required.

A 100 Euros security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection).

Price reductions maybe available on stays of 3 weeks or more. We have a Greek & English speaking agents on hand to answer all of your questions. Car hire can be arranged either from the airport or the apartment, Welcome Packs and equipment Hire are also available on request.

This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou, which is a short 2 min drive from the main village of Kiti, located mins away from Larnaca Airport, the villages offer ample shopping and relaxing areas, a choice of bars and restaurants and many traditional settings, along with many historic buildings.

• A short 15 min drive will take you to the village of Mazotos, where the Camel Park offers a full fun packed day out for all the family
• Also on the way to Mazotos there is a horse riding school for all ages
• local bus services are available
• 15 min drive will take you to Larnaca City Center, Finikoudes Front and Mackenzie Beach

Most Bars and Restaurants in Kiti, Pervolia and Tersefanou are open till late and offer great food, drinks and Entertainment on set nights, for those wanting to party till sunrise Larnaca and Mackenzie will accommodate you with many choices as will some of the local bars.

The motorway is located just outside Kiti village, and links you Aygi Napa, Nicosia, Limmasol and Paphos for those day trips and excursions.
