Details of Job

Monday to Friday

8 hrs per Day Winter (Sept – June) 7am – 3pm Summer (June – Aug) 6am – 2pm (or as required by the business)

20 Days Holiday

Optional Health Care

Annual Salary of €10.400.00

All Taxes and Social Security Payments Completed

Requirements

Must be over 18 years Old

Experience in General Maintenance

Advantage Given to Person who has any Experience in Plumbing, Drainage, Swimming Pool Care, Gardening, Painting, Plastering, Woodwork, Tiling or General Building

Full Driving Licence held for more than 2 yrs

All Legal and Registration Paperwork in place

Be Able to Work on Own and as Part of a Team

Self Motivated and Have the Ability to Solve Problem’s

Be a Leader but also Work under Instruction
