Here at Cyprus Home and Living we are delighted to offer an established furnishing service for owners of apartments and villas.

We have successfully provided this service to numerous owners supplying an individual finish while catering for all budgets. We have found through experience that the service we offer makes a cost effective and more personal service than buying “furniture packs” from suppliers which often are very expensive, low in quality and not suitable for purpose. We have been horrified when we hear of the expensive packs that have been purchased by owners which contain poor quality furniture, linen and small electrical appliances. Many so called “furniture packs” are standard in size and are “made to fit” often resulting in cramped space with unsuitable pieces. This led us to start offering a personal service that ensured all apartments were visited prior to any purchases being made, ensuring that suitable sized furniture was purchased and that properties were furnished to be user friendly and fully equipped.

Although some items such as the electrical packs, detailed also on our website, will not vary much in price we can, with furniture, offer owners the opportunity to a greater degree set their own maximum budget for the furnishing of their properties. Once a budget is agreed we will submit a quote to owners listing the items which are to be included and then when agreed we will use our vast knowledge of local Cypriot suppliers to source the items that are required.

Our aim at the outset is to spend time initially visiting a selection of suppliers to find the right collection to suit the property and then to purchase the best quality items at the most competitive price for our clients thus ensuring that even the most minimal budgets result in an individually styled property that generates great appeal.

Many owners have had the time and opportunity to furnish their properties themselves and have produced wonderful finishes however many restricted by time and lack of resources have found themselves purchasing basic overpriced packages. It is pleasing for us when showing properties to get the “wow this is nice” reaction that we tend to get at our furnished properties with the little finishing touches that we love to add.

Furnishings available can include: Beds, Mattresses, Cabinets, Lamps, All Linen Items, TV, Crockery, Kitchen Utensils, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Sofas, Coffee Table, TV & Storage Units, DVD Player, Dining Table, Mirrors, Clock, Iron & Board, Airing Rack & Pegs, Ornaments, Pictures, Patio Furniture, Patio Dining Table, Sun Loungers, Soft Furnishings, Window Blinds, Satellite System, Bathroom Fixtures, Dressing Table, Clothes Hangers and any other requested items.

All quotes will contain all items to be provided, clients choice of colour theme and material type, and will be inclusive of supply, delivery, installation and VAT.
