The apartment is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which has, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery. The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV/DVD. The dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs to accommodate six easily. The apartment has window blinds fitted on all windows as well as having been also dressed to add that special finish.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two singles. The apartment will sleep 4 comfortably. The family bathroom has a walk in shower facility and is fresh and modern with all necessary linen provided. the en-suite also has a shower and all linen is provided. The lounge area opens out onto a balcony allowing a further place to relax and dine along with the superb views, the complex has a communal pool and is fenced for added privacy. This apartment has a internet facility which is activated by the guest by calling a phone number on the box and paying for the service required.

• All utility bills will be put in your name and you will be responsible for their payment, this includes Electric, Water, Refuge Tax, telephone/Internet if installed

This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou, which is a short 2 min drive from the main village of Kiti, located mins away from Larnaca Airport, the villages offer ample shopping and relaxing areas, a choice of bars and restaurants and many traditional settings, along with many historic buildings.

• A short 15 min drive will take you to the village of Mazotos, where the Camel Park offers a full fun packed day out for all the family
