Holiday Penthouse Apartment

The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. The penthouse is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which incorporates washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery.

The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV/DVD are located. A satellite system has been installed providing English spoken movies and series. All windows & patio doors are dressed and have blinds. There are two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two singles and ample storage space with numerous fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has bath and shower facilities and is fresh and modern with all linen & towels provided.

The lounge area opens out onto the balcony allowing a further place to relax and dine which offers splendid views across open countryside to the coast. Ideal for families and couples alike wishing for space & comfort to relax at this wonderful resort. The property is 1 to 2 kms from the “Olympic Shooting Range”.

A non-refundable deposit of 100 Euros is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by Paypal or bank transfer. The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required.

A 100 Euros security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection).

Price reductions maybe available on stays of 3 weeks or more. Our English speaking agent is on hand to answer all of your questions. Car hire can be arranged either from the airport or the apartment, and Welcome Packs are also available on request.

Elysian Fields resort has two pools, mature gardens, sun loungers and a cafe bar (currently unavailable) next to the main pool. There is free WI-fi available at the cafe bar and plenty of car parking available around the complex.

This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou, which is a short 2 min drive from the main village of Kiti, located mins away from Larnaca Airport, the villages offer ample shopping and relaxing areas, a choice of bars and restaurants and many traditional settings, along with many historic buildings.

• A short 15 min drive will take you to the village of Mazodos, where the Camel Park offers a full fun packed day out for all the family
• Also on the way to Mazodos there is a horse riding school for all ages
• local bus services are available
• 15 min drive will take you to Larnaca City Center, Finikoudes Front and Mackenzie Beach

Most Bars and Restaurants in Kiti, Pervolia and Tersefanou are open till late and offer great food, drinks and Entertainment on set nights, for those wanting to party till sunrise Larnaca and Mackenzie will accommodate you with many choices as will some of the local bars.

The motorway is located just outside Kiti village, and links you Aygi Napa, Nicosia, Limmasol and Paphos for those day trips and excursions.
